With regard to your telegram of the 10th August, some

doubt has arisen as to whether the Colonial Government is

desirous of continuing to receive fortnightly shipments

after the completion of the present order of $3,000,000 and

in order that all doubt on this point may be removed I have

to request that in the event of the further supply being

required the word "COINON" may be telegraphed to us upon

receipt of this letter.
